Day 24 artwork is deeply personal. Perhaps one day I will share the artwork. But for now it stays between the Lord God Almighty and me.
Days 25 and 26 make my heart burn. First with gratitude for a God who removes my stone cold heart and gives. He gives a new soft heart, a new spirit that makes my heart burn. Burn with love for God's kindness and mercy. Burn in repentance when I wander, again. When distractions and disappointments pile up and life gets so busy I push God to the side as a five minute prayer while I continue about "my life".
His grace comes to find me, Now, return, TO ME, with all your heart. Take some time to fast and refocus. Weep for the disappointments, mourn for the affliction. I find myself on holy ground at the foot of the cross of Jesus, again.
But always I KNOW - GOD LOVES ME! There is always purpose in everything and the Father has a way of working out for His glory and my good.
May you always know, GOD LOVES YOU. He will grant you a new heart and spirit as well, It would be His great delight. Just turn aside, to the foot of the cross of Jesus His Son.
