Day 12 - When you create a piece of art and find a misspelled word. Oh well, the truth is still found. David loved the Lord with his whole heart, his love affects generations. Today the Son of David sits on the throne, his name is Jesus of Nazareth. Luke 1:32-33, Acts 2:30-36 affirms that Jesus fulfilled God's covenant with David and has established an everlasting kingdom.
We don't like if/then statements. But God speaks them anyway. If I obey/then I receive. If I obey transformation happens/then God sits on the throne of my life and His love grows deeper and fuller than I can ever imagine.
“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” Revelations 22:16
Day 13 - Solomon starts well. He knows there is no other God in all of heaven and earth like the one true God of his father David.
Start to finish, Lord, never let me forget that there is NO OTHER GOD LIKE YOU!
Day 14 - Truth: God examines our hearts. We can examine with Him and allow Him to transform us and fill us with gifts that can joyfully and willingly be returned to Him.
